I have created a space for like-minded folks to come together and encourage one another in their running journey.
This group is for runners at heart and those that would like to begin running! Let’s support each other in our challenges and set goals. Please share your goals with the group so we can hold you accountable.

2. Decide on your run schedule and post a screenshot of your run using your preferred app
3. Encourage others
4. Make it fun and reward yourself for reaching your goal(s)
5. Flood your body with whole foods offered.
I am here to provide you with tips, exercises and training plans to get you where you want to be. All of that is FREE to you! The only thing I ask is that you are filling your body with wholesome nutrients! Instead of that cup of coffee everyday, flood your body with healthy nutrients that will help give you what you need to do your best daily!
